01/25/2013 11:00 AMC. Loretta Wragg, 84, of Branford, died on Jan. 21 at the Hospital of St. Raphael. She was the wife for over 62 years to William F. Wragg. Loretta was born on Feb. 17, 1928 in Norwood, Massachusetts, daughter of Charles and Mary Lee Drummey.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Deborah Musco and her husband Michael of Orange, William J. Wragg of Maryland, Ray Prescott of Ohio, Beverly Lamarre and her husband Raymond of New Hampshire, and Robert “Bobby” Wragg and his wife Brenda of Maryland. She is also survived by her sister, Mary F. Browne of Norwood, Massachusetts; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Helen Brueggeman and by two brothers, Francis and Jack Drummey.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, Jan. 25, at 10 a.m., at St. Mary Church in Branford. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Branford. Friends may call on Thursday, Jan. 24, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford.
