Maurice Gorman, 68, North Haven
Maurice Gorman, 68, of North Haven, died peacefully on Jan. 9 at the Montowese Health & Rehab Center where he was a long-term patient. He was the husband of Jo-Ann Gorman. Maurice was born in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland, on July 8, 1944, son of the late James and Margaret Muldoon Gorman.
Maurice's family extends a special "Thank You" to the staff of the Montowese Health & Rehab Center for the comfort and care they provided to him.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Marcie Gorman and her husband Chris Merolli, Kim Robinson and his wife Atra, Tessa Wells, and Wendy Costello and her husband Philip; his beloved grandchildren, Aiden, David Addison, Grace, Koda, Sean, Jake, Phoebe, Russell, and Ian; and his siblings living in England, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, Nuala Levingstone and her husband Noel, Noel Gorman, Rita Polask, Barney Gorman and his wife Bridget, Catherine Cowling, Edward Gorman and his wife Katherine, Tom Gorman and his wife Eileen; and his sister-in-law, Christine Gorman. He is also survived by his loving family of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Kurt Robinson; four brothers, Anthony Gorman, Vincent Gorman, John Gorman, and James (husband of Margaret) Gorman; a sister, Mary (Mrs. Owen) Jordan; and two brothers-in-law, Arthur Cowling and John Polasek.
