William F. "Butch" Burzynski, 70, husband of Patricia Solimini Burzynski of North Branford, died at his home on March 14.  He was born in New Haven Aug. 13, 1941, son of the late William and Rose DeTulio Burzynski. Mr. Burzynski grew up in New Haven and had worked for the WPCA in West Haven for 23 years until retiring in 1991.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Parker of Branford; a son, William "Billy" Burzynski and his wife Jackie of Branford; five grandchildren, Joey, Kelly, and Katie Parker and Anthony and Samantha Burzynski; and a sister, Pauline Polino of New London.  He is also survived by several cousins who were very dear to him.

His funeral procession will leave the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford, on Saturday, March 17, at 11 a.m. for a mass of Christian burial at St. Mary Church at 11:30 a.m.  Burial will follow in East Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may call on Friday, March 16, from 4 to 8 p.m.  For directions and online memorial see www.wsclancy.com.
