Charles S. Senger, 66, North Haven
Charles Stanley Senger, 66, of Saint John St., North Haven, died Dec. 17 at the Regency House, Wallingford. He was the husband of Philomena Novarro Senger. He was born in Meriden on July 9, 1944, son of the late Alex and Helen Trybolski Senger. For many years Charles was the manager at Circuit Wise. He later worked at Expect Discount, then as a driver for Winkle Bus Company. Charles enjoyed his frequent trips to Atlantic City and the Mohegan Sun Casino.
His family extends a special “Thank You” to Dr. Martin Katz, the Hoot Clinic of St. Raphael’s Hospital, the Verdi 4th Floor West at the Hospital of St. Raphael, and all the nurses at the Regency House for the excellent care and comfort they gave to Charles and his family.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Helena Senger of North Haven and Charles Paul Senger and his wife Maureen, also of North Haven; his grandson, Charles A. Senger; his brother, Edward Senger and his wife Yvonne of Meriden; and his niece and nephew, Charlene and David Puska of Meriden.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., North Haven, on Tuesday, Dec. 21, at 10:30 a.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Frances Cabrini Church at 11 a.m., followed by burial in All Saints Cemetery.
