Leonora Miller Frohlich, 96, Guilford
Leonora Miller Frohlich, 96, of Guilford, died peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Dec. 6. She was the loving wife of 58 years to the late Leonard E. Frohlich, Sr. She was born in Guilford on June 18, 1914, daughter of the late Leon and Tekla Miller. Leonora was a lifelong and very active communicant of St. George Church in Guilford.
She is survived by six children, Leah H. Frohlich of Guilford, Leonard E. Frohlich, Jr. of Skowhegan, Maine, Rita F. Grasso and her husband James of Killingworth, Gary M. Frohlich and his wife Mary of Guilford, Dennis P. Frohlich and his wife Eleanor of Guilford, and Richard W. Frohlich and his wife Elaine of Clinton. She is also survived by a brother, Henry S. Miller and his wife Elizabeth of Guilford; a sister, Helen Miller Corbo of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Leatha Frohlich; a grandson, Scott Frohlich; and four siblings, Agnes Miller Thomas, Zigmund Miller, Rudolph Miller, and Theresa Macola Stewart.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. George Church, 33 Whitfield St., Guilford, on Friday, Dec. 10, at 11 a.m., followed by burial in St. George Cemetery, Hubbard Rd., Guilford. Friends may call on Thursday, Dec. 9, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St., Guilford.
