Press Release from North Haven Leo Club

The North Haven Leo Club is proud to kick off its fourth official year.

The first order of business for this year was inducting the new members of the North Haven Leo Club’s executive board and board of directors into their respective offices. This year’s officers include Hannah Leamon as president, Hanako Moffat as vice president, Nina Novicki as treasurer, Ava Proto as secretary, and Eli Feinberg as deputy secretary; along with Stephen Baraquin, Wes Birge-Liberman, Sarah Feinberg, Katie Upton, and Jaden Wells as the members of the board of directors.

The club has already been remarkably busy through its participation in projects which include raising funds for the Brian O’Connell Homeless Project, inducting two new Leo Club members, and cleaning up Peter’s Rock Park on Middletown Avenue. Upcoming North Haven Leo Club projects include hosting a toy drive for Yale Children’s Hospital, working with the North Haven Lions at their Second Saturday Thanksgiving Food Drive, and assisting the Salvation Army with its holiday bell-ringing fundraiser.

The North Haven Leo Club is a youth community service organization sponsored by the North Haven Lions and is open to any North Haven resident between the ages of 12 to 18. For more information, please contact NorthHavenLeoClub@gmail.com.
