Press Release, North Branford

The Town of North Branford is thrilled to officially welcome Aleia’s Gluten-Free Foods to town. Aleia’s is a maker of certified gluten-free baked goods for the retail, commercial, & food service markets.

Founded in 2008, Aleia's is a woman-owned leader in the U.S. market known for its high-quality gluten-free products. Aleia’s specializes in breadcrumbs, panko, coatings, stuffings, and croutons. Their new manufacturing facility allows them to produce four times the capacity of their old facility!

Owner Kim Snow and her husband Jim have spent an enormous amount of time and resources converting this former industrial space into a state-of-the art food manufacturing facility.

Town representatives said it was amazing to hear about their journey and determination and couldn’t be happier to partner with them to make North Branford their new home.
