On Sept. 3, members of the North Haven Garden Club Beautification Committee met at the North Haven Memorial Library to award certificates to the winners of the club’s annual contest. This year’s grand-prize winner was Jeff Toni. Bob Barletta received first place for best design for a small place, and David Frazier received first place for the best pollinator garden. Recognition certificates were awarded to Chris Sola, Nick Piscitelli, and Lisa Cioffi DeMayo. The North Haven Garden Club congratulates all of this year’s winners.

The North Haven Garden Club Beautification Committee members are Fran Notaro (chair), Gerri Giordano, Cindy Golia, and Marge Quinn.
