Chester Hose Company Elects New Department Leadership

On July 1, the Chester Hose Company’s annual elections took place during its annual business meeting. The department is proud to announce that several individuals have been elected to serve in key leadership roles for the 2024-‘25 year.

Benjamin Belisle was elected as the chief for the Chester Hose Company. Charles F. Greeney, Jr. was elected as the deputy fire chief, James Grzybowski was elected as assistant fire chief, and James Schaefer was elected as battalion chief.

Aidan Bahner was elected as captain, while Richard Tsou was elected as lieutenant. Parker Divis was elected as the deputy EMS chief, and Sara Blaschik was elected as assistant EMS chief.

Allen Alonzo was elected as president for the Chester Hose Company. Paige McBrayer was elected as secretary, Mackenzie Varley-Cobb was elected as treasurer, and James Skeffington was elected for a three-year term as trustee.

Dylan Grzybowski, the outgoing assistant fire chief; Geoff Vincellete, the outgoing deputy EMS chief; and Avery Johnson, the outgoing treasurer; were all thanked for their service. Belisle, the newly elected chief; extended his sincere thanks to James Grzybowski, the outgoing chief who has served for the past six years; as well as all department members for their commitment and dedication in ensuring the highest quality of safety, protection, and professionalism to the Town of Chester.

The Chester Board of Selectmen congratulates and sincerely thanks each and every emergency services volunteer, including all of the newly elected Chester Hose Company officials.
