Essex Winter Series (EWS) is grateful to once again be one of the area’s local non-profit recipients of funding from the Essex Savings Bank Community Investment Program (CIP).
The CIP has represented Essex Savings Bank’s commitment to community banking by providing donations to local non-profits since 1995. The ballot portion of the CIP allowed each bank customer to select three out of 84 local non-profits to receive a donation from a $120,000 fund. Diane Arnold, president and CEO, is pleased to share that every organization on the ballot received funding.
“We are ever fortunate to have the opportunity to support a diverse group of remarkable organizations year in and year out,” Arnold said. “We earnestly hope our contributions can help these non-profits create positive change in our communities.”
With a thank you to both Essex Savings Bank and the customers who included EWS in their votes, this year’s amount of $529 awarded to EWS will help to support its seasonal programming, which touches the lives of so many who attend its world-class classical and jazz concerts, as well as its outreach performances, each year.
