A Little Compassion, the beloved community organization dedicated to supporting young adults with disabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Furgueson as its new executive director. Furgueson will succeed Jane Moen, who has retired after years of outstanding leadership and service.
Furgueson joins A Little Compassion with a robust background in non-profit management and a deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities. After spending over 20 years as a teacher, he has done fundraising and marketing at both the Mystic Museum of Art and The Arc ECT. His vision and expertise will be invaluable as he leads the organization into its next chapter.
Moen's tenure as executive director has been marked by significant achievements, including the expansion of services and increased community engagement. Her passion and dedication have left an indelible mark on the organization and the many lives it has touched.
