Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro will host a Passport Day alongside the United States Department of State. This event will be held on Saturday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Branford Blackstone Library, located at 758 Main Street, Branford.
Passport Day offers residents of Connecticut’s Third Congressional District the opportunity to apply for a U.S. passport for the first time or renew an existing one. Professional photo services will be available on-site for your convenience.

Services Offered
U.S. Passport Book: First-time applicants: $165 for adults (16+), $135 for minors (15 & under) Renewal applicants: $130 for adults (16+) Expedited service: Additional $19.53 for 1-day delivery.
U.S. Passport Card: First-time applicants: $65 for adults (16+), $50 for minors (15 & under) Expedited service: Additional $60.
What to Bring
Proof of Citizenship: Original or certified U.S. birth certificate (must be undamaged), U.S. passport (if applicable), Consular report of birth abroad, Certificate of naturalization or citizenship.
Photo Identification: Valid driver's license, Undamaged U.S. passport, Certificate of naturalization or citizenship, Valid government or military ID.
2x2 Photograph: Color photo with a white background. No glasses. Taken on high-quality paper. On-site photo services available.
Form of Payment: Personal check or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State.“ Credit or debit card for on-site services.
Attention Parents/Guardians of Minor Children: Both parents or guardians must be present with valid photo ID, or a notarized consent form must be provided if one parent cannot be present. For more information, please visit pptform.state.gov.
