Madison Town Hall is the Location for Early Voting Starting March 26
The Presidential Preference Primary will be held on April 2, and this year’s election will launch early voting in Connecticut. This is the first election in Connecticut to have early voting available. There will be four days of early voting for that election, with early voting available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26; Wednesday, March 27; Thursday, March 28; and Saturday, March 30.
Madison Town Clerk Nancy Martucci says that “from the calls my office is receiving, it appears the public believes they would go to their respective polling locations for early voting, and that is not the case.”
The Madison voting location for early voting is as follows:Town Campus, Town Hall, Conference Room A, 8 Campus Drive, Madison. Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 26, 27, 28, and 30.
Primary Day Election Day Polling Places on April 2 are as follows:
- District 1: Walter C. Polson Intermediate School, 302 Green Hill Road, Madison
- District 2: Dr. Robert H. brown Middle School, 980 Durham Road, Madison
Hours: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 2.
“Please note that the Madison legal notice in The Source this past Thursday had an incorrect voting location for District 1.
