The Killingworth Lions are announcing that applications are being accepted for the 2023-’24 Service Achievement Awards. These are cash awards of up to $2,500 for graduating seniors from Killingworth who best exemplify the word “service,” in the estimation of the Killingworth Lions.
To be eligible, graduating seniors must be planning to continue their education in a four-year college, two-year college, or technical/trade program. This award is primarily based on community service and demonstrating a commitment to the Lions’ motto, “We Serve.”
