Dahna Lara from Grove J. Tuttle School and Max Parisi from East Haven Academy pose for a photo in the House of Representatives room at Connecticut’s Old State House in Hartford on Jan. 19 . Max and Dahna will serve on Connecticut Kid Governor Cristiano Almeida's cabinet. Almeida, a fifth-grade student at Oshana Elementary in Southington, was elected by his fellow fifth-grade students from around the state.
