The Eastern Connecticut Ballet held its annual Ballet Spooktacular performances at the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center on Oct. 28 and 29. Dancers perform during the Halloween Waltz by Artistic Director Gloria Govrin. The shows were followed by a trick-or-treat for children, a costume parade, and an opportunity for photos with the dancers.
