Captain Scout Climie (3), Payton Root (23), and Tea Gamberdella (10) celebrate after the Guilford girls' lacrosse team reclaimed the CIAC Class M State Championship on June 11. The Grizzlies defeated East Lyme 11-4 at Sacred Heart University for their third-straight championship. The team finished the season 16-7.
