03/02/2023 04:38 PMStudents at Children's Tree Montessori have recently completed work on a Little Free Pantry to help those struggling with food insecurity. The pantry, erected at 96 Essex Road, Old Saybrook, was built over the course of two extended weekends by six students between the ages of 12 and 16. Construction was completed on Feb. 20. The pantry was built and stocked thanks to donations from local businesses.
