In an effort to bring some holiday cheer to families in need, North Haven Police are hosting their fourth annual Christmas Toy Drive.

Officers will collect new unwrapped toys through Sunday, Dec. 11. Donations may be brought to the lobby of the North Haven Police Department (NHPD), 8 Linsley Street. All collected toys will be given to local families in need.

According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, the drive is off to a strong start with several bags of donations already received.

NHPD expects to host its annual Stuff-a-Cruiser event later this month.
