Press Release, East Shoreline Catholic Academy

Alexandra Forte, Kirsten Kane, and Corinne Wollschlager received the Archdiocese of Hartford's St. John Neumann Award. This award was presented on Monday, Sept. 19, at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington. The St. John Neumann Award is awarded to volunteers who are nominated by their schools for their unwavering commitment to their schools.

St. John Neumann, Bishop of Philadelphia and the first man from the United States to become a saint, was a leader in Catholic Education and a spirited defender of the poor.

These three women were nominated by East Shoreline Catholic Academy's (ESCA) faculty and staff to receive the Archdiocese of Hartford's St. John Neumann Award.

These parent volunteers represent the ESCA community with their countless hours of service and dedication. Congratulations to these ladies on receiving this award in recognition of their efforts that support the ongoing success of East Shoreline Catholic Academy and its students.

Located in Branford, East Shoreline Catholic Academy (ESCA) is the only Catholic elementary school on the east shoreline from Madison to New Haven.
