07/13/2022 03:18 PMThe East Shore District Health Department (ESDHD), in conjunction with Albertus Magnus College; the University of Connecticut; and Yale University, will be hosting Community Conversations on Climate Change at local community centers and libraries in Branford, North Branford, and East Haven.
There will be a short presentation on the state of climate change in our region and effects on health, followed by a discussion about residents’ concerns and questions. We will discuss what changes we can make to slow climate change and its effects and to prepare for changes that may come. We will also be raffling off a Climate Friendly Go Kit to one lucky participant at each venue.
