03/30/2022 12:00 AMWilliam Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced March 4 that 28 agents with the firm’s Essex brokerage have been recognized by the company with awards for their sales performance in the calendar year 2021, both for total dollar volume and unit sales achieved.
The highest recognition is Diamond, awarded to the top producing agents, with further award levels including Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Additional recognitions include the top 15 agents company-wide by volume and units and the top performers by dollar volume and units within each brokerage. Rising Stars and Rookies of the Year are also awarded.
Essex agents who ranked within the top 15 company-wide in volume included Rick Weiner, Colette Harron, and Susan Malan. Agents who ranked within the top 15 company-wide in unit sales included Rick Weiner and Susan Malan.
Diamond award winners included Rick Weiner, Colette Harron, Susan Malan, and Kevin Geysen. Platinum award winners included Jennifer Caulfield, Jamie Childs, Kathy Schellens, and Mariette Woolfson. Gold award winners included Sacha Armstrong-Crockett, Sue Cohn Darmon, Teri Lewis, Roger Parkman, and Tina Rupp. Silver award winners included Karen Conniff, Dean Eubank, Christine Gemelli, and Joe Kelly. Bronze award winners included Sydney Anderson, Kim Blackman, Tim Boyd, Alex Brigandi, Liz Dellecave, Bonnie Foster, Ellen Henderson, Robin Linares, Matt Merritt, Jane Pfeffer, and Don Shannehan. Rick Weiner, and Colette Harron were the top producers in the brokerage by dollar volume, and Rick Weiner and Susan Malan were the top producers by unit sales.
