North Haven PZC to Seek Public Input on Regulating Cannabis Establishments

At its regular meeting to be held on Monday, March 7, at 7 p.m. via Zoom videoconference and conference call, the North Haven Planning & Zoning Commission will discuss Public Act No. 21-1 An Act Concerning Responsible and Equitable Regulation of Adult-Use Cannabis and receiving information regarding cannabis establishment uses. North Haven residents and property owners and other interested persons are encouraged to attend. Public comment will be received by the commission.

This meeting is being conducted by means of electronic equipment. Any member of the public who does not have the electronic equipment necessary to attend such meeting remotely and wishes to do so should submit a written request to the Town of North Haven Land Use Department at the Town Hall Annex, 5 Linsley Street, North Haven, CT 06473 or by email to Fredricksen.Alan@northhaven-ct.gov with said written request to be received no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting, and the town will provide the requester with a physical location and the electronic equipment necessary to attend such meeting in real time.
