Danz-Manner is 2021-22 NBHS Chess Club Champ

North Branford High School (NBHS) Chess Club Advisor Bob Dreyer has announced the 2021-22 Chess Club Champion at NBHS is senior Ashton Danz-Manner.
Danz-Manner was presented with the NBHS Chess Club Tournament 2021 Champion trophy, which was built by NBHS Technology Education teacher Christopher Reynolds with lettering on the trophy completed by NBHS paraprofessional Beth Bernstein.
The "Knights of NBHS" chess club also unveiled a new logo this year, designed by NBHS junior and club member Alex Shadman for the organization.
NBHS Chess Club students meet periodically after school in the NBHS Library and compete against each other with Mr. Dreyer's support and direction.
