Swearing-In for Cosgrove, Branford Town Administrative Leaders Nov. 16

The Town of Branford has announced Branford's newly elected administrative leaders will be sworn in for the new 2021-23 term during a ceremony set for 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16 at the Joe Trapasso Community House, 46 Church St. The 2021-23 term is Cosgrove's fifth consecutive term as First Selectman.

Branford-North Branford Judge of Probate Frank Forgione will administer oaths of office to the administrative leadership of First Selectman Jamie Cosgrove (R), Second Selectwoman Angie Higgins (R), Third Selectman Raymond Dunbar (D), Tax Collector Robert Imperato (R), Treasurer Deborah Conklin (R) and Town Clerk Lisa Arpin (R).

Additionally, Judge Forgione will swear in the following newly elected Board of Assesment Appeals members: Dennis Nardella (R) and Walter Kawecki III (D); together with Constables Dennis Nardella (R), George Weted (R), Chuck Tiernan (D), Georgette "Tootsie" Laske (D), Francis Walsh (D) and John R. O'Connor (D). Newly elected constable Kyle Nelson (R) can not be in attendance and will be sworn in separately.
