Tropical Storm Elsa is rapidly departing, but has left several areas, including roads, underwater.

According to the Guilford Police Department, road closures remain at Mirror Lane between Highwoods and Red Coat due to a transformer down. Rockland Road south to Lake Drive is closed, as are Faulkner Drive and Spring Street, due to branches down.

Flooding on Goose Lane was cleared this morning by unclogging a grate and minor flooding on parts of Boston Post Road cleared up as rain slowed, according to Deputy Chief Chris Massey.
