The North Branford Land Trust held a spring forest ecology walk led by Geoff Smith and Mike Ferrucci at the Harrison Farm Preserve in North Branford on March 13. More than 30 hikers arrived ready to hike and learn about the preserve. Here, Smith speaks about the trails and trail maintenance.
