A mild November evening brought people out in Madison for shopping, strolling, and dining on Nov. 21. As the COVID pandemic continues, the town and downtown merchants are encouraging residents to shop safely and locally, with the latest effort the Economic Development Commission initiative to light up the downtown area as a way of sharing cheer.
