Where to Vote in North Branford
For the Tues. Nov. 3, 2020 presidential/state election, registered voters from North Branford's two districts will vote at poll locations set up to address all required COVID-19 safe distancing and safety practice protocols. Voters must wear a facial mask. All polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
North Branford's voting locations for Nov. 3, 2020 elections are: First District – Jerome Harrison Elementary School, 354 Foxon Road (Route 80); Second District - Stanley T. Williams Community Center, 1332 Middletown Avenue (Route 17) in Northford.
If voting by absentee ballot, North Branford voters who have not yet mailed their completed absentee ballot can drop their ballot, completed by following instructions on the ballot, at the official ballot collection box outside of North Branford Town Hall, 909 Foxon Road, until 8 p.m. on Tues. Nov. 3, 2020. Registered voters in North Branford in need of an absentee ballot can complete the application process in person at the Town Clerk's office inside North Branford Town Hall through Monday, Nov. 2, 2020 (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.); including a special session on Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Through Nov. 2, the Town Clerk's office will be open to accommodate North Branford residents who wish to apply for an absentee ballot or return an absentee ballot. No other business will be conducted during these hours. Residents must sign in, practice social distancing, and wear a mask.
North Branford's Election Day Registration (EDR) voting will take place Tues. Nov. 3 at the Registrars of Voters office in the Town Hall building, 909 Foxon Road, from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. New voters must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote on Nov. 3. Proof of identity and residency is required.
