At 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 18, two women called 911 reporting a man broke into their home on Centerbrook Road. Both women stated they heard a loud noise and then observed a man standing in their living room. They locked themselves in a bedroom and called police.

As officers were responding, the man ran out the front door of the house into a wooded area. Officer Marcus Artaiz and K-9 partner Taro arrived and began searching for the suspect. Taro located-Patrick Frawley, 29, attempting to hide a short distance away.

Frawley was charged with second-degree burglary and criminal mischief. He was held on a $25,000 bond and will be arraigned today.
