North Branford HS Hosts Shoreline English Departments' Writers Conference

On Monday, Dec. 17, North Branford High School (NBHS) hosted the annual Shoreline Heads of English Departments (SHED) Writer's Conference for students. The conference comprises 13 schools on the shoreline.
NBHS English teacher Chelsea Dodds organized the event again, with nine of the 12 conference member schools in attendance. Over 100 students from the Shoreline Conference attended and participated in workshops provided by published writers and composers. Presenters included Shelley Stoehr, Shelby Lanaro, Emily Costa, D. Margaret Hoffman, Lisa Gaudio, Eric Ong, and Roger Lotring.
