On a beautiful first day of December, the community of Short Beach came out for the opening of Branford's newest playground, installed at Pardee Park in Short Beach.
Members of the Short Beach Association and local community, as well as several Town officials, all gathered for the opening. Branford First Selectman Jamie Cosgrove, Branford State Representative-elect Robin Comey (D, District 102), and Parks & Recreation Director, Alex Palluzzi Jr. joined in at the official ribbon cutting ceremony of the new state-of-the-art, handicap, auditory & sensory playground.
