Branford third grade classes attending John B. Sliney Elementary School recently learned about their town goverment first-hand from the First Selectman, and took in a tour of Branford's historic Harrison House to learn about the town's history.

The students visited Branford Town Hall recently, where First Selectman James Cosgrove gave a presentation on how town government works. In addition to visiting Town Hall, the third-grade students also took a trip to visit Branford Historical Society's Harrison House Museum on Main Street.
