Kathy Connolly and Westbrook Town Planner Meg Parulis were working to finish the plantings surrounding the new Town Center Parking Lot last week when St. John’s School 5th-grader Emily Micklich and her dad, Dave, both Westbrook residents, arrived to pitch in.

“Emily loves plants and she wanted to help,” Connolly reported.
