09/06/2017 11:30 AMOn Aug. 16, I was notified that the developer, Mill Pond Clinton LLC, had terminated the old Morgan School development project. Thank you to all who have expressed concern and have offered to assist.
The Board of Selectmen has been working on this situation since that date. In the development sector, this event is not uncommon. Fortunately, Clinton is blessed with this primary location approved for mixed-use development and there are interested parties. The board is weighing our options and working diligently at this time to see that the project moves forward. We ask for residents’ patience and understanding. We will provide updates as we progress.
