Clinton Chamber Holds Annual Breakfast Meeting
The Clinton Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Breakfast Meeting on Thursday, June 15, at 8 a.m. in the Green Room at Andrews Memorial Town Hall in Clinton. Along with a continental breakfast, there is a full agenda including election of members of the Board of Directors, election of Officers of the Board, amendments to the Chamber bylaws, a review of the past year, a preview of the year ahead, legislative and local government updates, and the presentation of the Robert DiBona Scholarship awards.
New nominees for election to the board are Robin Collins-Wolcott (Harbor News/Shore Publishing), Ann Pellegrini (Edward Jones), and Michael Spotts (Clinton Glass). Returning members up for re-election are Emily Mannise (Coastal Management Services), Joey Fazzino (Liberty Bank), Todd Steward (Steward’s Ace Hardware), and Kathleen Mones (Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets). Nominated for one-year (to fill vacancy terms) are Mary Ellen Ierardi (the Shoreline of Clinton) and Mike Cuoco (Clinton Insurance Center). Nominated as officers of the board are: Jeff Mastroianni, Chairman; Dave Elder, Vice-Chairman; Emily Mannise, Secretary; and Sean Ewers, Treasurer.
Several amendments to the bylaws are being presented for adoption.
