The East Haven Public Schools is announcing its participation in the federally funded Seamless Summer Option (SSO) of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

This is the third year East Haven will participate in this program and will offer both breakfast and lunch. Under the program, nutritious meals are provided free of charge to all children ages 18 and under.

Deer Run Elementary School will have breakfast at 9 a.m., followed by lunch from 11:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday from June 26 to Aug. 3.

Tuttle Elementary School will have breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and lunch at noon Monday through Friday from June 19 to Aug. 18.
