North Branford 'Stay Strong' Dinner for Principal Battling Cancer
The North Branford community is rallying to support a school principal and his family as he battles cancer, with the Alan Davis "Stay Strong" Pasta Dinner set for Wednesday, May 24, 5 – 8 p.m. at North Branford Intermediate School (NBIS).
A North Branford native, Davis has served North Branford Public Schools (NPBS) for 40 years and is the principal of NBIS. Members of NBIS community and beyond are involved in the dinner and in showing support for Davis and his family.
Dinner cost is a voluntary donation (no tickets needed) and funds received will be contributed to causes designated by the Davis family, according to information supplied by NBPS. In addition to the night's delicious pasta dinner with salad, bread and desserts, NBPS will share a special video produced with help from across the district, "Stay Strong Mr. Davis."
All ages are encouraged to come to the "Stay Strong" dinner to support Alan Davis on Wednesday, May 24, 5 – 8 p.m. in the NBIS cafeteria, 654 Foxon Road, North Branford.
