Exchange Club Holds 53rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The Exchange Club of Madison will hold its 52nd annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8 at the Madison Surf Club. All participants should plan to arrive around 9:30 a.m., with the official starting time at 10 a.m.
This year's Easter Egg Hunt will be under the direction of Chairman Charlie Corso and Co-Chairman Carol-Ann Totte. As always, the Special Guest of Honor will be the Easter Bunny who will be there to meet and greet all of his fans (e.g. the children up to and including second graders). All early arrivals will get an extra opportunity to share quality time with the Easter Bunny and take advantage of special photo ops with him.
In the case of doubtful weather, visit www.madisonexchange. Should a cancelation be called, the rain date will be scheduled on Saturday, April 15.
The annual Easter Egg Hunt is one of the six major events sponsored annually by the Exchange Club of Madison for the benefit of the entire Community. In the case of all Madison Exchange Club's fund raising projects, nearly half of its proceeds go towards aiding the all-important cause of preventing child abuse.
The Madison Exchange Club and its national organization have the unique distinction of being the only community service organization directly supporting two Madison Town events (Fourth of July Parade and the Easter Egg Hunt) and child abuse prevention services for five centers in Connecticut.
