ATM Employee Struck with Handgun, Robbed in Branford
April 4, 2017: Branford Police detectives are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a vehicle used by three (3) to four (4) black males who assaulted and robbed an employee of an ATM machine company while he was in the process of replenishing the machine's funds at a business.
Police responded to the parking area of 150 West Main Street just after 12:30 p.m. and interviewed the victim, who told Detectives that he had been assaulted by tall, thin, black males, who struck him with a handgun, ultimately forcing him to relinquish access to a large sum of money. The suspects fled the area in a white Chevrolet, four (4) door, compact, car (pictured above).
