A debate in the race for Branford's State Representative 102nd elective seat will take place Thursday, Oct. 27th at 7:30 p.m. in the Branford Fire Department Headquarter’s Community Room, 45 North Main Street. The debate is a program of the League of Women Voters (LWV) East Shore.

Incumbent Democratic candidate Lonnie Reed and Republican candidate Chris Kelly will debate, moderated by Carol Reimers, LWVES President. The public is invited to attend.

LVW-East Shore invites the night’s debate audience to submit written questions to be screened for appropriateness (fair to both candidates, nonpartisan and impersonal) before the moderator reads them. The debate will be broadcast live on BCTV and will also be included in later BCTV scheduling.
