Principal Todd Stoeffler shared news of some innovative learning opportunities which have found their way into diverse North Branford High School (NBHS) classes.

NBHS Advanced Placement (AP) Biology and Environmental Science classes experienced the program's annual trip to Chatfield Hollow State Park to complete a variety of experiments in the field connected to their course content and curriculum. NBHS Science Department teachers of the courses are Meghann Redman and Rebekah Polemeni.

Back at the NBHS building, students in the school's Introductory Auto Course are working with North Branford Police Department (NBPD) to detail the NBPD DARE Car. The car will appear at upcoming area community events to help promote Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE).

The NBHS auto course is instructed by NBHS Technology Education teacher Chris Reynolds.
