The Yale-New Haven Digital Mammography Van will be at the Stanley T. Williams Community Center, 1332 Middletown Ave., Northford, on Thursday, Oct. 20, for appointments scheduled between 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please call (203) 484-6017 to schedule.  Appointments are available to women at least 40 years of age or older who have no known breast problems, have not had breast implants and have not had a screening mammogram in the past 12 months.  Please bring insurance card, Medicare card and/or Medicaid card to the appointment.
