Music of the Night: Legacy Gala Brings Big Talent to Chester
Sept 15, 2015- Branford CT – Branford-based nonprofit theater company Legacy Theatre is hosting their Fourth Annual Gala, sponsored by Connecticut's two-time Tony Award winning theater, Goodspeed Musicals.
"Music of the Night," a black tie event, featuring the music of Rodgers and Hammerstein and Andrew Lloyd Webber, will be performed by singers from the Legacy Theatre and Broadway stage and supported by a 14-piece orchestra and will be presented at Goodspeed's Terris Theatre, 33 North Main St. in Chester, CT on Saturday, September 24, 2016.
Event sponsors include Goodspeed Musicals, Webster Bank, Secor, Cassidy and McPartland, and many generous individuals.
The evening will feature performances by New York theater talent including Jason Michael Snow (Broadway: The Book of Mormon; South Pacific) and Sasha Weiss (Jerry Springer: The Musical; Carrie), and Legacy's own Matt Harrison, Karl Gasteyer, Stephanie Stiefel Williams, Maggie Lieberman, and Keely Baisden Knudsen; with the orchestra led by Chad Hardin.
