Alaska, Madoule are NB Rotary "Students of the Month"

Two North Branford High School (NBHS) students, junior Jason Alaska and sophomore Michael Madoule, have been named "Students of the Month" by the North Branford Rotary.
Alaska was nominated by the NBHS Business Department and Madoule was nominated by the NBHS World Language Department. Both students were honored on Feb. 17 at a Rotary Dinner meeting that included family members and members of North Branford Rotary.
Alaska was given recognized for Excellence in Business and Career studies and Madoule for Excellence in World Studies. The North Branford Rotary Club also gave each student a $50 check to recognize them for their pursuit of educational excellence.
