Laurey Sandler opened Shoreline Speech Therapy, a private pediatric speech and language therapy practice on Orchard Park Road, to provide what she calls “life-based,” practical treatment that employs a team approach that encourages collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals. Shoreline Speech Therapy works with patients ranging from kids with autism, hearing impairments, Down syndrome, cleft palate, and social language development issues. The bright and inviting ground-level office offers easy accessibility and has room for family to wait during therapy. Sandler uses her more than 30 years experience in the field to conduct assessments and use proven, innovative interventions to meet the unique needs of each child.
