Trish McCarthy and Friday, Monday, and Wednesday Cababug made their way down the crowded path at the Madison Chamber of Commerce Halloween Trunk or Treat on the Green on Oct. 31. This year marked the third anniversary of an event originally held to give kids a chance to trick or treat after Superstorm Sandy. Even with this year’s perfect fall weather, the event showed no signs of slowing in popularity.
