09/21/2015 08:01 AMOn Friday, Sept. 18, Branford police officers responded to People's Bank at 500 East Main St. at approximately 5:20 p.m. for a reported bank robbery.
The responding officers and detective have described the suspect as a white female with short, dyed blonde hair, approximately five feet four inches tall. The woman was wearing a pink shirt, dark pants and dark sunglasses.
After exiting the bank, investigators believe the suspect got into the passenger side of a four-door silver or gray compact car. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Branford Police Department at (203) 481-4241.
