Tarzan Yell Contest a Highlight of International Burroughs Festival in Clinton
Emcee Dennis Donovan braces himself for the yell unleashed by eventual Tarzan Yell winner Steve Rylek. The contest, part of the international Edgar Rice Burroughs Dum Dum held in Clinton last weekend, was judged by Linda Burroughs (at left), the widow of Edgar Rice Burroughs’s grandson Danton, and her two daughters, Dejah Ralston Burroughs (also pictured) and Llana Jane Burroughs (Harry Swaun, at right, awaits the final verdict before bestowing the award).
