Press Release July 24 2015:Branford Police Detectives arrested Frank Cole (DOB 9/9/1948) of 148 East Main Street, Branford on Wednesday (7/22/2015) after obtaining an Arrest Warrant for Sexual Assault 1st, Sexual Assault 2nd, and Risk of Injury to a Minor.

Police received a complaint in May 2014 from an 18 year old victim who accused Cole of sexually assaulting him from June 2011 to January 2014.

Detectives Arthur Ferris, who lead the investigation, said detectives are continuing their investigation and asks anyone with information to contact his office at 203-481-5437.

Cole was released on a $300,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in New Haven Court on July 23, 2015.
